Premier Issue Debuts

Under the direction of Colonel William Holland, Lieutenant Colonel James Bratton, Director of Media Relations and Affairs, announced the debut of the AVR ACTION NEWS, a monthly newsletter. The newsletter will be able to be accessed online, as well as in print. Interesting highlights of the AVR and it’s members will be explored.
